We have booked our two dogs into Silver Birch a couple of times now and have been really happy with their care. It is never easy leaving your dogs with someone else to look after but Dean (the owner) put our minds at ease and made our experience of using a Kennels a very pleasant one. We had the chance to see where our dogs would be and settle them in with their belongings which is really reassuring for both the dogs and owners. The care and time that the staff spend with the animals is excellent. They cater for individuals needs, diets and routines and actually spend time playing with the animals which is something that our dogs really enjoy. After leaving our dogs at the kennels for a week when we picked them up they were as happy to see Dean as they were us! As you enter the Kennels it is really quiet this is something that I had never experienced before from a kennels, because the dogs are content they are quiet and are not barking. The kennels are very clean with nice beds off the floor. We take blankets for our dogs so that they have their own scent for a bit of comfort. When we pick our dogs up they look happy, healthy, bright eyed and have a glossy clean feeling coat. I would recommend this establishment to anyone that owns a dog or cat.
